What are your service areas?

Currently, we service Irvine, Newport Beach, Tustin, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, Coto de Caza, Dana Point, San Clemente and the South OC vicinity.

How do you price your services?

We charge $65 per cleaning technician, per hour. For most homes, we’ll give you an estimated time range before we start. Our cleaners–or techs, are specifically trained for eco-cleaning.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or tools?

We bring our own eco-friendly cleaning products and tools. However, we kindly ask that you provide:

• A toilet brush in each bathroom

** This helps us maintain hygiene and avoid cross-contamination between homes.

How is green cleaning different from regular cleaning?

Green cleaning uses ultra premium, non-toxic, non poisonous products and tools, and low-waste practices to protect your health and the environment—without sacrificing results.

Is green cleaning as effective as chemical cleaning?

Yes. When done correctly, green cleaning is just as effective as conventional methods, but without the harmful side effects.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

What happens to the trash collected during cleaning?

Our cleaners will place all job-related trash into your designated outdoor bin. If you prefer another arrangement, please let us know before your appointment.

Do you use sustainable trash bags?

Yes. We use plant-based bags made from renewable materials like sugarcane. They're strong, safer for your home, and break down faster than traditional plastic—better for you and the planet.

What cleaning products do you use? Do they disinfect?

Yes. We use EPA-registered disinfectants that meet green cleaning standards, including Branch Basics and Force of Nature, which kills germs without toxic chemicals.

Are your cleaners trained?

Yes. Our cleaners are professionally trained in green cleaning methods, safety, and proper use of eco-friendly products and tools.

Do you offer deep cleaning or move-in/move-out services?

Yes! We offer standard, deep, and specialty cleaning for new homes or move-outs.

Do you clean inside ovens, fridges, or cabinets?

These are available as add-on services. Just let us know in advance.

Do you disinfect bathrooms and kitchens?

Yes. We use green disinfectants (Force of Nature) that are effective and safe.

Can you clean while my pets are home?

Absolutely—as long as they’re friendly and don’t interfere with the cleaning process.

What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right—no charge.
